• PARTNER POLE - DOUBLES TRICKS & COMBOS
All levels welcome - 90 min
An energetic, fun and friendly workshop where you will learn doubles
tricks on the same pole with a partner. Don’t have a partner? Don’t worry! You will be paired up in class! Together you will create static and spinning combinations and doubles tricks. We will show you inverted moves, aerial hangs and our own Signature Doubles Tricks, focusing on Base, Flyer and Spotter Techniques. Counterbalancing, supporting, engaging the proper muscles and communication are the keys to safely getting in and out of partner pole tricks and combos, not forgetting to create beautiful transitions and clean lines!

• SIGNATURE (SOLO) TRICKS & COMBOS
Intermediate/Advanced Level - 90min
We would love to teach you our own individual signature Tricks. We have extensive knowledge of some of the most wanted Tricks in the world of Pole. Aerial Handsprings, Janeiros, Fonjis, Full Moons, Flag Deadlifts, Drops, Allegra and lots of breathtaking combos for both Static and Spinning Pole – Two teachers are better than one!

• ACROBALANCE – DOUBLES AND TRIPLES TRICKS & COMBOS
All levels welcome - 90min
Be surprised at what 2 or 3 Bodies can create together! This exciting and lively workshop is designed to build or improve balance, strength, flexibility and body/ mind awareness with a partner or two! You will use your whole body and someone else’s to create different acrobalance figures. Terri and Lisette will show you a variety of acrobalance figures while discovering transitions in and out of a combination of tricks. You will each take turns at being the Base, Flyer and Spotter –
All levels welcome, no background in Pole/Acrobalance needed.

• GROUP CHOREOGRAPHY & PERFORMANCE
All levels welcome - 90min
You don’t need to be a dancer to be able to Dance!We will teach you a
Choreography focusing on body movement and how to make it beautiful both on and off the pole. You will learn how to feel the music and perform floorwork while looking graceful and strong. Our individual style is known for creating stories through dance. – Pole is not only a sport, it`s an art.

WARSZTATY:

2 zajęcia i więcej - 275zł / 90min.;

LEKCJE IND.:
350zł - 1 os. / 1h;
580zł - 2 os. / 1h;
700zł - 3 os. / 1h;

Grupy liczą max. 8 osób (pomijając zajęcia z duetów). Każdy ma rurę dla siebie. Zarówno zajęcia dla duetów jak i solistów prowadzone są przez obie instruktorki Smile

We’ve been working and performing together for 3 years in the arts of Pole, Acrobalance, Aerial Hoop, Fire Acts and Dance.
