A powerful and fun performance isn’t always about the aerial tricks. Learn how to dance from the floor onto the pole as we hand-balance, spin, jump and cartwheel our way from the floor onto our apparatus. Level: Advanced

Signature Pole Tricks
90 min - 290 zł
This constantly evolving workshop is always updated with Natasha’s newest tricks and combos. No two Signature Pole Tricks workshops is ever the same! Students will focus on unique transitions on and off the pole, innovative aerial tricks, Chinese pole techniques, as well as movement that transforms the human body into beautifully strange shapes. Students should be able to climb, invert and perform basic intermediate moves such as Extended Butterfly.
Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Let’s Get Dizzy: Signature Spins and Combos
90 min - 290 zł
This spinning pole-only workshop will be constantly updated with Natasha’s favorite spinning tricks and combos. Students will learn wow inducing but fairly simple fast and dynamic spins, elegant spin passes incorporating strength, flexibility and control, and transition movements to link everything together. This workshop is recommended for intermediate/advanced level students with a good understanding of, and comfort with the spin pole.
Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Szkoda tylko, że na Natashę miejsca się rozeszły w ciągu godziny... co się dzieje z tymi ludźmi- nie mają co robić w ciągu dnia? Very Happy

Jeśli mam być szczera, to prawda jest taka, że miejsca się zawsze rozchodzą wśród kursantek studia, w którym akurat będą warsztaty. A często jest też tak, że wystawiają w sieci info o warsztatach i już połowa miejsc jest zarezerwowana przez osoby, które o tym wiedziały. Ja się również do tego przyznaję, o Natashy wiedziałam dzień wcześniej.

Zapraszamy na warsztaty z Natashą Wang!
Natasha, jedna z najlepszych tancerek świata jest inspiracja dla wielu. Naukę pole dance rozpoczęła w wieku 29 lat bez wcześniejszego przygotowanie tanecznego czy akrobatycznego. Obecnie trenuje oraz pracuje jako instruktor w The Choreography House oraz Be Spun w Los Angeles. Jest również główną tancerką w show Kelly Yvonne Girl Next Door. Natasha zdobyła wiele zaszczytnych tytułów takich jak:

•IPC Ultimate Champion 2013
•Pole Art 2012 Runner-Up
•US Pole Dance Champion 2011
•USPDF West Coast Champion 2010
•California Pole Dance Champion 2010

Learn the different handspring grips -split, twisted, Chinese, elbow -and unique handspring variations in this purely handspring workshop. Come if you’ve always wanted to understand techniques and tips for getting into the Full Moon, Elbow Handspring, Twisted Grip Lift or Phoenix!
Level: Advanced to Super Advanced

Signature Pole Tricks (Beginner -Intermediate)90 min – 320zł
Specially designed for polers of Beginner-Intermediate levels, this workshop is a compendium of Natasha's latest and greatest Signature Tricks. We'll learn dazzling aerial poses, introductory Chinese pole techniques, dynamic spins, and creative mounts. Being able to invert is not a pre-requisite for this workshop, but students should be able to climb the pole.
Level: Beginner-Intermediate
